1. Information we collect
Account details, appointment history, messages sent through the platform, and basic technical information such as device and approximate location.
2. How we use it
To run bookings, send appointment reminders, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
3. Verification codes
Looking up your appointments requires a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Codes expire after ten minutes and are stored only in hashed form.
4. Sharing
A salon sees only its own clients. We never sell personal information, and we never share one salon's client list with another.
5. Your choices
How to request a copy of your data, correct it, opt out of marketing messages, or ask for deletion.
